The current official license is CC BY 4.0 even though the historical OBJ headers describe an older CC BY-SA Japan license. Both ISA and PART-OF 4.0 99% polygon mesh sets and their original concept/element hierarchy were used.

Modifications: deduplicated by source geometry ID; rotated and scaled source millimeter coordinates to centered Y-up meters; organized meshes into display systems; quadric simplification for several levels of detail; recomputed smooth area-weighted normals; assigned teaching colors; preserved original mesh IDs, concept IDs, English names, component assemblies, and relative anatomical positions. Display-system assignment is an application classification; the original anatomical membership can span multiple systems.

This is a single adult male anatomical reference, not an exhaustive representation of all people or variants. Peripheral nerve, reproductive, endocrine and lymphatic coverage is limited by the source model. Microscopic anatomy and disease simulation are not included. Simplified LODs reduce fine surface detail.

## Display-assembly curation

Original source relationships are preserved in sourceParentIds/sourcePartIds. Display valve assemblies are restricted to source-named leaflets/cusps; unsupported cardiac wall/myocardial/annular proxy assemblies are disabled. Some cavity models are independently named reference cavity surfaces and are not outer cardiac walls. Logical organ labels use semantic classifications rather than a majority of component mesh layers. These are educational display corrections, not medical specialist approval.
